Meet Catina Rhinehart, Founder of Beach Bones
Catina Rhinehart and her family first discovered Topsail Island in 2006 and quickly fell in love with its coastal charm, natural beauty, and strong sense of community. What began as a favorite getaway soon became something more, a place to truly belong.
With that vision in mind, Beach Bones Boutique & Social Club was launched!
Rooted in a deep love for dogs and a passion for bringing people together, Beach Bones is more than just a pet boutique. It’s a community hub for connection, conversation, and shared experiences. Located in Sneads Ferry, Beach Bones was created to offer something fresh and meaningful: a space where neighbors can gather, build relationships, and celebrate the bond we share with our pets.
At home, Catina’s passion for animals is personal—her family proudly includes two beloved “foster failures,” a testament to their commitment to giving dogs a second chance at a loving home. That same spirit extends into Beach Bones, with a strong desire to support local rescues and actively participate in fundraising efforts that make a difference in the lives of animals in our community.
Our mission is simple: to create a place where you can shop for high-quality pet products, attend engaging events, support meaningful causes, and connect with others who share your love for dogs and coastal living.

Meet Emily Bean
Originally from Cape Cod, Massachusetts, Emily relocated to Sneads Ferry in 2021 and quickly embraced the coastal lifestyle she loves.
Emily is a dedicated manager, proud mom, and passionate animal lover who feels most at home with sand between her toes and the sound of the ocean nearby. Family is at the heart of everything she does, and she enjoys spending quality time with the people and pets who mean the most to her.
As a manager, Emily is passionate about connecting with others, supporting her team, and helping people reach their goals. She believes in leading with kindness, honesty, and a positive attitude, creating an environment where both individuals and teams can thrive.
When she’s not working, Emily can often be found at the beach, making memories with her family, or cooking a delicious meal. She values life’s simple pleasures and brings that same warmth, authenticity, and balance to both her personal and professional life.
