Returns and exchanges accepted within 14 days with proof of purchase. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Without a receipt, store credit or exchanges may be offered at management’s discretion.

FINAL SALE: Food, treats, pup cups, frozen products, opened toys, chews, grooming products, custom items, marked clearance items, and gift cards.

SEASONAL ITEMS: Returns accepted within 7 days, before the holiday, with tags attached.
